Calculates oriented angle between vectors p1->p2 and p2->p3.

Parameters:
  • p1 – NumPy arrays representing points (x, y).

  • p2 – NumPy arrays representing points (x, y).

  • p3 – NumPy arrays representing points (x, y).

Returns:

The oriented angle in radians.
